Custom Uniforms for Schools and School Programs

School orders are not the same as club orders. One purchase usually has to cover several teams, a wide spread of ages, and a season date that does not move. This page sets out how we handle school and youth-program orders: sizes, planning, the approval steps, and what we need from you to quote.

Adult and youth sizes in one order

Mixed sizes within one design are accepted, so a senior squad and a junior team can wear the same kit design in a single order. On the quote form you can select adult sizes, youth sizes, mixed adult & youth, or ask us to advise you.

Sizes are set per sport, and each style page carries its own size chart with flat measurements in cm and inches. If your program needs something outside the standard chart, sizes can be customized to your requirements. Our minimum is 10 pieces per design, so a small school team does not have to over-order in one size to reach it.

Planning around the school calendar

School programs buy on a budget cycle and a fixed start date, so the ordering window matters more than it does for a club. For US school orders we plan 3–4 months ahead of the season, scheduling design and production around your start date; the exact schedule for every stage is confirmed on your written quotation.

Programs also grow after the first delivery — a late registration, a second team, a replacement set. Reorders and top-ups are routine for us: because we keep your artwork, digital proof and size breakdown on file, a top-up is much faster than the first order. There is no cut-off, as long as the order meets our minimum.

From approved artwork to a delivered order

The path is the same for every school order:

  • Design and artwork — send your artwork, or use our design service if you have no designer on your side.
  • Digital proof — we prepare a full digital mockup showing your logo, colors, numbers, names and placement. Digital proofs are free at this stage and include revisions, so nothing goes to production before you have approved the layout.
  • Physical sample (optional) — for a new design we recommend one: it is the only way to check fabric hand-feel, color and fit in your hand. The sample cost and its shipping are quoted to you before you commit, and the sample fee is not deducted from your bulk order.
  • Bulk production — fabric preparation, sublimation printing, sewing and full inspection. Batch samples are kept, and color is verified against your approved sample.
  • QC and delivery — every order is inspected before packing, and a QC report ships with every order.

Quotes, duties and delivery

Send us your sports, quantities, size spread and your season date — that is all we need for a first quote, and you do not need design files yet.

Under standard terms, import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer — we provide the commercial invoice and export documents you need for customs clearance. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request: we can quote you a door-to-door price with duties and taxes included, with import duties assessed and estimated per product on your written quotation. If a program needs a top-up later in the season, top-up orders can be consolidated with other orders — combined into a shared container and shipped together (consolidation / LCL).

Ready to price a school order? Request a quote with your sports, quantities, size spread and your season date, and we will come back with a price structure and a sampling plan. The questions school buyers ask most are answered on our FAQ, and the full step-by-step process is set out on how custom orders work.
