Samples are optional. A physical sample is US$15–50 per style and about 7 days to make; sample shipping is paid by the buyer and the sample fee is not deducted from your bulk order. Digital samples are free and ready within 3–5 days, up to 5 rounds of revisions.

Style ZK-BS01 — Custom Sublimated Baseball Jersey
ZK-BS01 is our sublimated baseball jersey: a full-button front with a V-neck collar, white piping down the collar and placket, and sleeves that run a light-to-dark fade with a fine dark stripe at the cuff. The sample shown carries a chest number and a flaming-baseball chest badge — take the colourway as shown or change the colours, panels and trims, and your own crest, name and numbers go on in their place.
Process: full sublimation is the standard — body graphics, names and numbers are printed into the fabric, so graphics resist peeling and fading with normal care (machine wash cold, no bleach). Embroidery is also available for team crests and chest logos, quoted separately from the sublimation printing; see ZK-BS02 below for our embroidered build.
Real finished sample — the jersey above is a real production sample, made in our own workshop in Xiantao, Hubei and photographed before packing; full sublimation, the same build that ships in your bulk run. Sample shown for illustration from a previous custom order — customer artwork and branding are not included in your order; your own crest, name and numbers replace it.

Style ZK-BS02 — Embroidered Baseball Jersey
ZK-BS02 is our embroidered baseball build. The jersey is a navy body with a white-piped V-neck collar and placket and six gold buttons; the sample carries a gold number on the right chest and a gold shield crest on the left chest, with an arched name and a large gold number across the back. Pick the colourway as shown or change the colours and panels — and your own crest, name and numbers go on in place of ours.
Process: the crest and lettering are applied on top of the garment — as embroidery or as twill appliqué, both of which are available on this style. Graphics resist peeling and fading with normal care (machine wash cold, no bleach; wash embroidered jerseys inside out). The crest make-up, size and placement are confirmed on your written quotation before production.
Real finished sample — the jersey above is a real production sample, made in our own workshop in Xiantao, Hubei and photographed before packing. It carries our own house crest (the shield badge with the ZHONGKANG banner) — your own crest, name and numbers replace it.
