Why sublimation for team uniforms

• Colors are in the fabric, not on it. Ink is transferred into polyester at high temperature, so full-color artwork and gradients stay vivid and can’t peel, crack or flake.
• Breathable and light. There is no heavy print layer on the surface, keeping the jersey light and breathable for match play and training.
• Built for repeated washing and wear. Sublimated names, numbers and logos survive season after season — a key reason most full-color polyester teamwear we produce is sublimated.

Made on our 4-in-1 production line

Custom sublimation is one part of a production floor built for complete kits. Inside our factory in Xiantao, Hubei (Est. 2018, 8,300 sqm, 300+ staff, peak daily capacity of 5,000 custom jerseys from our own factory — output varies by design and process), every kit passes through one integrated workflow:

• Digital sublimation printers — full-color printing across the five sports we produce.
• Heat-transfer presses — transfers and press-on details.
• Embroidery machines — for classic, heavy-duty crests when a team prefers stitched details.
• Cutting beds — precise fabric cutting before sewing.

In total the factory runs 135 machines across 7 production lines, with production third-party tested to REACH (EC 1907/2006) and the factory audited on site by TÜV Rheinland. Reports available on request.

From design to your season — the workflow

1. Send your idea. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal; only have a photo of an old jersey or a rough sketch? Send it anyway — we’ll design it with you until you’re happy. We reply to inquiries within 24 hours.
2. Free digital proofs, up to 5 rounds. You approve the front-and-back mockup before anything is produced.
3. Physical sample (optional). US$15–50 per style, about 7 days to make; sample shipping is paid by the buyer and the fee is not deducted from your bulk order.
4. Bulk production. MOQ 10 pieces per design; production runs about 10–15 working days after deposit received and design/sample approved (by quantity; exact schedule confirmed in your quote).
5. QC, then ship. Every order is inspected and ships with a QC report. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request; under standard terms import duties are paid by the buyer.

Sublimation FAQs

Should I choose sublimation, embroidery or screen printing for our uniforms?
It depends on your sport, fabric, design and budget. Sublimation works on polyester and dyes the ink into the fabric, so full-color artwork becomes part of the shirt — graphics resist peeling, cracking and fading with normal care (machine wash cold, no bleach). Screen printing lays flat color blocks on the surface and suits simple designs. Embroidery is stitched, raised and durable — a good choice for classic, heavy-duty crests. For most full-color polyester teamwear we recommend sublimation. Tell us your sport and design and we’ll recommend the option that fits best.

I only need about 10 jerseys for a small team. Can you really make them?
Yes — our MOQ is 10 pieces per design, so youth teams, small clubs and first-time trials can order real custom kits without overstocking. When an order mixes several designs, colors or sizes, we confirm exactly how the minimum applies on your written quotation before you pay. Pricing varies with order quantity, so tell us your numbers and we’ll come back with a direct quote.

You say digital proofs are free — how does that work?
Once you confirm your design files, specs and size breakdown, we prepare a full digital mockup of your jersey — front and back — showing the logo, colors, numbers, names and placement. We send it for review and you tell us what to adjust. Digital proofs are free at this stage, with up to 5 rounds of revisions included, so you can refine everything before production starts.

Can I order a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes — for new designs we recommend it. A physical sample costs US$15–50 per style, takes about 7 days to make, is not deducted from your bulk order, and sample shipping is paid by the buyer. The smart path most teams take: lock the artwork with a free digital proof, order one physical sample to check fabric hand-feel, color and fit, then approve and we lock those specs for production.

How long does a full order take?
We confirm exact dates in your order confirmation, but the timetable we work to is: free digital proof & revisions included up to 5 rounds; physical sample (optional) about 7 days; bulk production 10–15 working days after deposit received and design/sample approved (by quantity; exact schedule confirmed in your quote); shipping depends on the method. The clock starts when your files are confirmed and the deposit is received.
