How We Ship

We ship worldwide by express courier (fastest, door-to-door), air freight or sea freight — the most economical option for full team or bulk orders.

We normally ship by UPS or DHL, typically 5–10 days. Sea freight takes longer and varies by route.

Transit Times Are Confirmed Per Order

We will confirm the transit time and the best method for your destination when you request a quote.

Duties, Taxes and DDP

Under standard terms, import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer — we provide the commercial invoice and export documents you need for customs clearance.

DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request: we can quote you a door-to-door price with duties and taxes included.

DDP door-to-door quotes — import duties assessed and estimated per product on your written quotation.

Ports, Container Loads and Consolidation

Our nearest port and airport are in Wuhan, China, and full container loads (FCL) can be arranged for large orders.

Top-up orders can also be consolidated with other orders — combined into a shared container and shipped together (consolidation / LCL).
