Common questions, answered straight

What sports uniforms can you customize?

We make custom teamwear for football (soccer), basketball, American football, ice hockey and baseball — jerseys, shorts and the training pieces your team actually plays in. Tell us your sport and your kit list, and we’ll confirm what we can produce for you. Not sure if we can make your item? Just ask — it costs nothing to check before you commit.

I only need about 10 jerseys for a small team. Can you really make them?

Yes — our MOQ is 10 pieces per design, so youth teams, small clubs and first-time trials can order real custom kits without overstocking. When an order mixes several designs, colors or sizes, we confirm exactly how the minimum applies on your written quotation before you pay — no surprises. Pricing varies with order quantity, so tell us your numbers and we’ll come back with a direct quote.

What design files do you need? And what if I don’t have a designer?

Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — are ideal, because they keep your logo, numbers and names crisp at any size. If you only have a JPG/PNG or even a photo of your old jersey, send it anyway: we’ll check it and tell you honestly whether it will work before you commit. No designer on your side is not a dead end — we’ll help you develop the design from your sketch or photos until you’re happy with it. Either way, we’ll send you a simple checklist of what we need.

You say digital proofs are free — how does that actually work?

Once you confirm your design files, specs and size breakdown, we prepare a full digital mockup of your jersey — front and back — showing the logo, colors, numbers, names and placement. We send it to you for review, and you simply tell us what to adjust. Digital proofs are free at this stage and usually ready within 3–5 days, with up to 5 rounds of revisions included — so you can check everything and refine the design before any production starts.

Can I order a physical sample before the bulk production? What does it cost?

Yes — for new designs we actually recommend it. A physical sample costs US$15–50 per style depending on the design and customization, and takes about 7 days to make. The sample fee is not deducted from your bulk order, and sample shipping is paid by the buyer — we’ll quote you the fastest option. Here’s the smart path most teams take: start with a free digital proof to lock the artwork, then order one physical sample to check fabric hand-feel, color and fit. Once you approve it, we lock those specs for production.

How long does a full order take, from start to finish?

We’ll confirm exact dates in your order confirmation, but this is the timetable we work to:

  1. Free digital proof & revisions — included, up to 5 rounds
  2. Physical sample (optional) — about 7 days to make
  3. Bulk production — 10–15 working days after deposit received and design/sample approved (by quantity; exact schedule confirmed in your quote)
  4. Shipping — depends on the method

The clock starts when your design files are confirmed and the deposit is received — the more complete your files are, the faster we move.

How do you ship to the US, Europe or Australia? How long will it take?

We ship worldwide by express courier (fastest, door-to-door), air freight or sea freight — the most economical option for full team or bulk orders. We’ll confirm the transit time and the best method for your destination when you request a quote. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request: we can quote you a door-to-door price with duties and taxes included. Under standard terms, import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer — we provide the commercial invoice and export documents you need for customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (T/T) with a 30% deposit to start production, PayPal for smaller first orders, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for large or repeat orders. The balance is due before shipment. You’ll receive a formal proforma invoice with every term in writing, and production only starts after the deposit is confirmed.

What happens if our order arrives with a quality issue or the wrong sizes?

If the problem is on our side — a production or workmanship issue — we take full responsibility and remake the affected items at our cost, including the freight for the replacement. If the problem happens in transit, we work it out with you case by case. Every order is checked before packing and ships with a QC report.

Can we reorder later in the season, or add a late registration?

Yes — reorders and top-ups are routine for us. Because we keep your artwork, digital proof and size breakdown on file, a top-up order is much faster than the first one: you just confirm the extra quantities and we reconfirm the details. There is no cut-off — you can reorder at any time, as long as the order meets our minimum of 10 pieces per design. Late registrations happen in every club — just tell us the deadline you need to hit. Top-up orders can also be consolidated with other orders — combined into a shared container and shipped together (consolidation / LCL).

Can you rush an order if we are up against a deadline?

Yes — we can prioritize your order and speed up the design-approval step for an additional fee, quoted per order. Tell us the date you need and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

How long does shipping take?

We normally ship by UPS or DHL, typically 5–10 days. Sea freight takes longer and varies by route. We will confirm the best method and the timing for your destination when you request a quote. Our nearest port and airport are in Wuhan, China, and full container loads (FCL) can be arranged for large orders.
