If you sell teamwear under your own brand, or supply clubs and retailers as a distributor, you need a factory that runs your label, your packaging and your delivery schedule without turning into a competitor on your own website. This guide walks through how our OEM and private label programmes work end to end: brand assets and NDA, custom packaging, sampling and confirmation, production capacity, quality control, sea and air shipping, and the commercial terms behind them.
Two ways to work with us
- Private label — we manufacture the kit and your brand goes on it: labels, hangtags, printed packaging.
- Distributor supply — you buy in volume and supply clubs, leagues, schools or retailers in your market.
Both run on the same production line and the same quality control. The difference sits in branding, packaging and commercial terms — not in how the garment is made.
What you can put your brand on
You can private-label the full range we build for team sports: soccer and football kits, basketball uniforms, hockey jerseys, baseball uniforms and marathon and running kit, plus shorts and tracksuits.
Finishing is done in-house, so a private label run is not limited to the jersey itself: sublimation and sublimation print work sit alongside embroidery, patches, woven labels, collar trims, zippers and hangtags. If your programme needs a specific label position or trim, tell us at the artwork stage and we build it into the spec.
How a private label order runs (5 steps)
1. Enquiry and requirements. You send the product type, quantities, branding and your target date. Every inquiry gets a human reply within 24 hours, with a sampling timeline and price structure.
2. Artwork and mock-up. Send vector artwork or a design brief. Our design team can build the mock-up with you — free digital proofing, with up to 5 rounds of revisions included.
3. Digital proof, then physical sample. You approve the digital proof; if you need to feel the fabric and fit, we produce a physical sample for approval before the bulk run.
4. Bulk production. Production starts after the deposit is received and the design or sample is approved. Capacity is up to 5,000 pieces per day.
5. Inspection, packing and shipping. Every piece is inspected, then your branding goes into the packing — labels, hangtags, printed packaging — before the order ships.

Custom packaging and brand assets
Custom packaging is available on request — a branded or printed poly bag for each kit, hangtags, and labels matched to your brand. We keep your artwork on file, so a second season or a repeat run for another club in your network does not start from zero; our guide to artwork file requirements explains which files to archive.
Sampling: what is free, and what you pay for
Digital sampling is free as the first step and ready within 3–5 days. A physical sample costs US$15–50 per style depending on the design and takes about 7 days to make; the sample fee is not deducted from your bulk order, and sample shipping is paid by the buyer. Order quantity and production lead time
A private label run starts at 10 pieces per design. Mixed sizes on the same design count together towards that minimum, and sizes are made to your requirements — adult and youth measurements can both be produced for the same programme.
Bulk production takes 10–15 working days after the deposit is received and the design or sample is approved; the exact schedule for your order is confirmed in your quote.
Quality control before it ships
Production runs out of an 8,300 sqm facility in Xiantao, Hubei, with 268 staff, and every piece is inspected before packing. REACH (EC 1907/2006) documentation is available — tell us your market and we share the documents that apply to your order.
Shipping, consolidation and full container loads
We ship worldwide, most often by UPS or DHL with typical transit of 5–10 days. Sea freight is slower and the transit time depends on your route, so we confirm the actual window for your address when you request a quote. Our nearest port and airport are in Wuhan, China, and full container loads (FCL) can be arranged for large orders. Smaller runs can also be consolidated with other orders — combined into a shared container and shipped together (consolidation / LCL).
Commercial terms
Standard terms are a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance due before shipment; PayPal and L/C are also accepted. Duties are paid by the buyer, and DDP delivery can be arranged if you need it. Terms are written out line by line on your quotation before you commit to anything.
