These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zkjersey.com, operated by Hubei Zhongkang International Trade Co., Ltd. ("ZHONGKANG", "we", "our"), a custom team sportswear manufacturer based in Xiantao, Hubei, China. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Our Service

Our website is inquiry-based. We do not sell products through an online checkout on this site. Products are supplied under individually agreed quotations, which are confirmed by email or other written communication between you and us. Information on this website about products, capabilities, and lead times is provided for evaluation purposes and is not a binding offer.

Quotes, Samples, and Production

  • Minimum order: MOQ is 10 pieces, subject to confirmation in your quotation.
  • Samples: Digital samples are typically approved within 7 days; physical samples can be air-shipped at cost.
  • Lead times: Production and delivery timelines are stated in your quotation and confirmed order.
  • Payment: T/T with 30% deposit; PayPal for samples and small orders; L/C for large orders — as agreed per order.
  • QC: Every order is inspected before shipment; a QC report is provided with each order.

Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

Artwork, logos, and design files you provide remain your property, and we use them only to produce your order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production templates we develop for your order may be kept for reorder convenience and are not licensed to third parties. You confirm that any design you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Liability

Products are manufactured to the specifications agreed with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHONGKANG's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the affected goods or services, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of registration in Xiantao, Hubei, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
